  • 12th Annual Boonville Beer Festival: This legendary festival is held at the fairgrounds in Boonville. Over sixty of the nations finest breweries are featured along with wine, food, crafts, music, and fun. Saturday May 10th, 2008. www.avbc.com
  • Spring Wildflower Show This display of native plants and wildflowers is spectacular. Boonville Fairgrounds. Free admission. Last weekend in April.
  • Anderson Valley Pinot Noir Festival: This event features a Saturday Pinot Noir Tasting, Sunday Winery Open Houses, and other special events. Third weekend in May. www.avwines.com
  • Sierra Nevada World Music Festival: 15th Annual Sierra Nevada World Music Festival, a summer solstice and world peace celebration that features 3 days of the best in roots reggae and world music. SNWMF presents top talent in an incomparable environment of streaming colors, exotic aromas and an arts and crafts village. www.snwmf.com
  • Boonville Farmers Market: Local growers offer premium fresh produce and other delights. Open 9:45 - noon on Saturdays at the Boonville Hotel parking lot, May - October.
  • Old Time Fourth of July Celebration: A Children's Parade, Chili Cook-Off, music, relay events and more characterize this friendly, small-town event.
  • Boonville Art Walk: Visitors enjoy receptions with food and music while local artists exhibit their work. 2nd weekend in July.
  • Woolgrowers' Barbecue & Sheep Dog Trials: Held at the fairgrounds, the barbecue and competitive sheep dog trials make for a wonderful day in Boonville. Last weekend in July.
  • Wine Tasting Championships: Hosted by Greenwood Ridge Vineyards at its beautiful hilltop location in Philo, this distinguished event features food, wine tasting, and live music.
  • Mendocino County Fair and Apple Show: Small town country living at its best! This old-fashioned country fair is held in Boonville and features a rodeo, sheep dog trials, animal judging, and a parade on Sunday. 2nd weekend of Sept. www.mendocountyfair.com
  • California Wool & Fiber Festival:Now part of the County Fair and Apple Show, this event features spinning contests, demonstrations, and a natural fiber and craft show. Refreshments are available. Free admission. www.fiberfestival.com
